Falls dies nicht der Fall ist, sind als Penalty 3 lateral Burpee over Line zu absolvieren. -nach einem Penalty darf bei hanging Gymnastics Übungen dort weitergearbeitet werden, wo aufgehört wurde, also auch mitten im Set möglich (zB. wenn in der ersten Runde vor dem Fail 4 C2B erledigt wurden, darf mit der 5. C2B und den 7 T2B weitergearbeitet werden. -nach einem Penalty beim HSW, muss jedesmal von neuem hinter der Startlinie gestartet werden. Burpees müssen bei jedem Fail gemacht werden.
